Usually, lalapit ang crew sa manager para manghingi ng panukli. Mas hassle kasi sa kanila pag i-cancel pa ung order lalo nat andyan na yung food. LOL. Pero I had the same experience sa Chowking, manager mismo kumuha ng order ko, tas wala daw siya pang-change. Responsibility nya na gawan un ng paraan, pero ako ang inaantay niya mag-provide ng smaller bill. Ayun, binawi ko pera ko sabay labas ng store.
