i need an affordable trip to bohol this april…pref on the 16th to 19th (2010).
for 2 adlts and 2 kids (12 and 8 yo) airfare and accomodation. thanks

I booked a tour with Rhia Capili del Rosario Lakbay Turista (Philippines 101) to Ilocos and we were swindled. we paid 22,000php for 3 persons (2 Dutch and 1 Filipino). We were to stay for 5 nites at a resort in Pagudpud. She did not tell us that thisis a rundown dilapidated resort with no amenities and facilities, old, rusty and rotten. POLARIS BEACH RESORT. She moved us to another resort but did not pay 5 nites and the we were hassled by the hotel as she had not paid even the van driver was not paid and he also threatened to block our departure at the airport. We paid the van ouselves and she had not not paid and she did not reply to our texts and calls. This tour agency is a swindler and a fraud.
