Logistical you can do parts of your trip, hey Jericho is next to New York. You should group the cities that can somewhat close by like first three are easy, Venice and Florence and Vienna are a train ride away, although Vienna is about 7 hour trip from Venice. But still managable. Good luck, they say all you need is time and money - and the spirit to go.
